Well, the party's pretty much over. In the morning, we stopped by a place called “repurposedMATERIALS” in Newton Falls, Ohio, America's largest industrial thrift store. They had some fiberglass tubing there that Tom wanted to check out as possible material for rebuilding our dock.

Our only other stop of note today was in Huntington, West Virginia, to buy souvenirs: three four-packs of Big Timber Porter, a West Virginia craft beer that's one of my all-time faves. We try to pick some up whenever we pass through this wild, wonderful state.

Other than that, it was drive, drive, drive. We did 554 miles today and finally made it home shortly before 10:00 p.m. Was that a great trip or what?!?!
TOTAL DRIVING DISTANCE: 2,569 miles
